2011-2012 M4-HYCC Focus Statement The focus of the Michigan 4-H Youth Conservation Council is to promote the adoption of a standardized assessment system for the identification of invasive terrestrial plant species in collaboration with Michigan Invasive Plant Council (MIPC) and to raise public awareness of said topic while making a legitimate compromise regarding the concerns of both the industry and the environment.
